Adirondack Folk School Receives Grant from the Stewart's Foundation
The Adirondack Folk School is the only school of its kind in the country dedicated to teaching the arts, crafts and culture of it's unique location. The school is situated in the southern Adirondack Park surrounded by over six million acres of the protected land. Nature truly is their classroom.
Through the generosity of the Stewart's Foundation, the students will now be able to continue to experience the traditional arts and crafts and culture as a part of their Art-in-Education initiative.
